Alteri Care’s platform is based on four key principles, all of which will help the client feel safe and get the most out of their digital investment.
Handling sensitive personal data requires consistently secure systems. Both to comply with laws such as the Patient Data Act (PDL) and GDPR, but also to build trust with patients. Our security strategy covers everything from the operation and selection of servers to encryption, secure login and confidentiality of the platform.
In order for the platform to be used in many different care situations, and other activities, it is required that it is adaptable. All caregivers work according to their specific routines, even if they provide the same care. Each client must therefore be able to design the platform based on their business and prevailing work routines. The platform contains a wide range of functions that can be switched on and off as needed and desired.
Alteri Care has designed the user interface so that even people with less computer experience can handle the system with ease. Simple menus and an open layout make it easy to understand and find your way around. For users with good computer experience, various tasks can be speeded up considerably. The simple interface helps to perform tasks efficiently.
Thanks to an open approach to cross-border co-operation, Alteri Care has a wide network of corporate partners who supply various components. This gives us the capacity to be responsive to clients requests, while offering long-term and comprehensive solutions. Examples of different solutions are digital authorisations, a training platform, statistics, analysis tools and real-time translations for chats and messages.

Alteri Care works with you using a proven project model to minimise the risk of delays and misunderstandings. You are assigned a project manager who manages the entire project, from needs analysis, configuration, quality assurance and training of your staff.
SECURE DATA MANAGEMENT
As a clients, you can rest assured that your data will not fall into the wrong hands. Alteri Care has extensive security processes and works continuously with both physical security and control of access to various data. All data is encrypted according to the latest standards and stored in data centres in Sweden.
PDL och GDPR
Alteri Care complies with GDPR, PDL (Patient Data Act) and the National Board of Health and Welfare’s guidelines for online doctors.
Even within an organisation, there may be restrictions on what data a user should view and have access to. With Alteri Care, you can easily control the rules for privacy between different parts of the organisation. Through role-based access, you give users access to the right data.
SECURE IDENTIFICATION FOR ALL
Patients log into the system with BankID, or similar identification. As a healthcare provider, you choose which login options your patients should be able to use.
The organisation defines the login method to be used by health and care staff: BankID, Freja eID and SITHS.
