Below, we provide some examples. Keep in mind that Alteri Care is built up of modules. You can always combine the modules so that they are optimally tailored to your care workflow and your needs.
PRIMARY CARE VISITS
By default, Alteri Care supports the entire flow of a digital primary care visit. From Bank ID login to triage, medical history, and the subsequent management by a nurse or doctor with text dialogue or video meeting. The platform manages final notes with diagnosis management and journal entry modules.
All of this is gathered in a user-friendly interface for easy management by caregivers that work on mobile, tablet, or computer.
With our video solution, caregivers can connect directly with patients for a video call without installing the app or any additional software. You can start a video meeting directly or book a video meeting for later consultation in our calendar. A doctor or nurse can also, for example, during a normal telephone consultation, quickly establish a video meeting with the patient. We also support video meetings between colleagues, for example, for internal consultations.
We want to make it possible to move a case to e-care even if it is initiated in connection with a physical patient meeting. With Alteri Care, it is easy to create a follow-up, e.g., through revisits that can be initiated by a follow-up questionnaire before you have the meeting. The system's advanced Survey Manager enables an organization to develop its own medical history and follow-up questionnaires for more effective care management.
