By using the Alteri Care e-care platform, you increase your availability to your patients, and vice versa. Patients will meet you in a patient-adapted web interface featuring your branding with your graphic design. After safe login and successful handling of the patient's case, your caregivers can meet the patient via video call, regular mobile call, or through a user-friendly conversation interface (chat).

HOW IT WORKS


Electronic identification ENSURES SECURE LOGIN

They authorize themselves with the help of mobile electronic identification (eID), then describe their symptoms and why they are seeking care. It's easy and safe, and the patient will come to recognize the interface because all the designs are tailored to your logo and graphic design.


START CASE

The patient indicates their case. This can be anything from answering questions about their health problems, booking a time for a doctor's appointment, or connecting to a pre-booked health care visit.


CARE VISIT

Together with the caregiver, you decide how the care visit will be carried out via video call, regular call, or text message communication. All communication is secured with encryption to ensure safe care contact and all information is handled in compliance with PDL and GDPR.


Messaging

The system sends notification by SMS by default if something is updated in the case or if a reminder needs to be sent. The link in the message will take patients directly to the message after they confirm their identity with electronic identification .
